π€ Profile
The Profile menu is where you tell Ray about yourself. The more accurate your profile, the sharper the advice Ray can give you. Open it by tapping π€ Profile in the persistent keyboard.
Fields
π― Goal
What youβre working towards. You can pick a preset or write your own:
- Lose fat
- Maintain weight
- Build muscle
- Custom β describe your goal in your own words (up to 200 characters)
ββ Sex
Your biological sex. Used to size energy and protein targets more accurately.
π Birthday
Your date of birth. Accepted formats: DD.MM.YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD. Used together with height and weight to calculate BMI and age-adjusted recommendations.
π Height
Your height in cm (100β250).
βοΈ Weight
Your current weight in kg (30β300).
π Activity level
Your typical weekly exercise routine:

| Moderate | 3β5 workouts per week |
| Active | 6β7 workouts per week |
| Very active | Training twice a day, physical job |
π₯ Calorie target
An optional daily calorie target in kcal (1000β5000). When set, Ray references it when you ask about progress. Send clear to remove it.
πͺ Protein target
An optional daily protein target in grams (20β400). Same as the calorie target β Ray uses it to answer questions like βDid I hit my protein today?β. Send clear to remove it.
