What you’re working towards. You can pick a preset or write your own:

  • Maintain weight
  • Build muscle
  • Custom β€” describe your goal in your own words (up to 200 characters)

♂♀ Sex

Your biological sex. Used to size energy and protein targets more accurately.

πŸŽ‚ Birthday

Your date of birth. Accepted formats: DD.MM.YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD. Used together with height and weight to calculate BMI and age-adjusted recommendations.

πŸ“ Height

Your height in cm (100–250).

βš–οΈ Weight

Your current weight in kg (30–300).

πŸƒ Activity level

Your typical weekly exercise routine:

An optional daily protein target in grams (20–400). Same as the calorie target β€” Ray uses it to answer questions like β€œDid I hit my protein today?”. Send clear to remove it.
