What Ray can do
You don’t need to learn commands. Just talk to Ray the way you’d talk to a coach — he picks the right action for you. This page is a quick map of what’s possible, in case you’re curious.
Meals
- Log a meal — from a photo, voice note, or a short description. → Logging a meal
- Log a favourite again — say “my usual oats” and Ray reuses the saved version. → Quick re-log from a preset
- Delete a meal — “remove the pasta I logged” and Ray asks you to confirm before deleting. → Deleting a meal
- Look back at what you ate — for today, this week, or any range. → Reviewing your meals
Weight
- Log a weigh-in — “I’m 79.5 today” is enough. → Logging your weight
- See your trend — over the last weeks or months. → Weight history
- Set a target — “I want to reach 75 kg by August”. → Setting a weight goal
Activity & sleep
These need a data source connected — Apple Health or WHOOP.
- Active and resting energy — for today or any past day. → Activity data
- Sleep, resting heart rate, HRV — last night or a trend. → Sleep & recovery
Profile & memory
- Your profile — Ray can check or read back your current targets and body data. → Your profile
- Long-term facts — tell Ray once (“I’m lactose intolerant”), he applies it forever. → Things Ray remembers
How you can tell what Ray did
After most replies you’ll see a small footer like:
meals checked · meal logged
That tells you what Ray looked at and what he changed — so nothing happens behind your back.
