  • “How much have I lost since I started?”
  • “Show me my weight over the last 3 months.”
  • “Am I on pace to hit my goal?”

What you’ll see back

A plain-language summary — the trend direction, the change since you started, and (if you’ve set a target) whether you’re on pace, ahead, or behind.

Ray can look back up to a year. For longer or shorter windows just say so.
