Any time you ask Ray about your food, he reads your actual diary before answering — he never makes things up from memory.
What you can say

What you’ll see back
A plain-language answer based on what’s actually in your diary — totals, what’s missing, where you’re over or under your target. For longer ranges Ray summarises rather than listing every meal.
Good to know
Ray uses your local time zone, so “today” means your calendar day — not UTC.
