What you’ll see back

A short summary: your goal, daily calorie and protein targets (if set), your height, weight, and activity level.

Changing anything

Open 👤 Profile from the main menu and tap whatever you want to update. The change is reflected immediately the next time Ray gives advice.

If you set up targets during onboarding, they were calculated based on your body data and goal. You can always override them by hand in 👤 Profile.
