Setting a weight goal
Give Ray a target weight and a date and he’ll keep an eye on your progress — flagging when you’re on pace, ahead, or falling behind.
What you can say
- “I want to lose 5 kg in 2 months.”
- “Get to 75 kg by August.”
- “My goal is 80 kg before ski season.”
- “I want to lose 3 kg before my holiday in July.”
What Ray does with it
From then on, whenever you ask about progress — or whenever your weigh-ins drift off pace — Ray will mention it. He’ll tell you the pace you need (e.g. “about 0.5 kg per week”) and remind you if the deadline is close.
Updating or replacing your goal
Just state a new one. Ray overwrites the old target and starts tracking from your current weight.
If your deadline passes, Ray will suggest setting a fresh one rather than silently carrying on.
